Both hold a USCG 100-ton Master of Oceans license. Tom has over 19 years and Sheila has over 10 years sailing experience in the Caribbean, Mediteranean, North Atlantic, and Pacific Northwest.

As a team, they've been to gether 13 years and chartering for six years throughout the Eastern Caribbean and the Mediterranean.
