Breakfasts

Continental Breakfast Choices Include
Fruit juices, cereals, fruits, toasts, rolls, croissants, cheeses, cold meats, preserves, fresh coffee, tea
COOKED: Eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes smoked fish, omelettes, pancakes etc.

 

Lunch

  • Smoked salmon canapes with lemon segments
  • Boatmade pork, sage and apple pasties
  • Strawberry Mille Feuille
  • Garlic prawns and rice with chopped parsely
  • Ham and Blue cheese quiche with celery and apple salad
  • Banana caramel and meringue pyramids
  • Parsnip and Coconut soup
  • Parcels of Filo pastry with spicy pork, beansprouts and
    mixed peppers with salad leaves bound in olive oil dressing
  • Fresh Fruit salad
  • Warm salad of grouper and king prawns
  • Scallops of pork coated in a creamy apple and green peppercorn
    sauce glazed with mozzarella
  • Profiteroles with a dark Chocolate sauce
  • Dinners

  • Pan fired squid/octopus with Pernod and cream
  • Fillet of lamb cooked with a rosemary and red wine jus
  • Coconut parfait served iwth a coffee sauce
  • Mixed seafood cocktail bound with spicy Marie Rose sauce
  • Pot raost poussin with a sherry and mushroom cream sauce
    served with saute potatoes and glace carrots
  • Strawberry and apple tart with creme Anglais
  • Pearls of melon coated in ginger syrup
  • Mignons of beef served with a rich Madeira sauce garnished with caramelised baby onions and served with a selection of
    vegetables and rosti potatoes
  • orange souffle mousse
  • Seafood and spinach noodles
  • Poached breast of chicken filled with a mushroom stuffing on a white wine and grape sauce and served with pearled potaoes fried with fresh herbs and stir fried vegetables
  • Kiwi and mandarin vacherains
  • Avocado, cheese and prawns in a sherry seafood sauce
  • Calves liver cooked with fresh wild herbs, brandy and Cream and served with stuffed courgettes and roast sweet potaoes
  • Chocolate mousse gateau served with vanilla sauce
  • Virtually any taste or dietary requirement can be catered for and a completed preference sheet received by us before the charter will ensure that the appropiate foodstuff are purchased. We also have a deck barbeque, which always proves to be popular.
