SAMPLE MENU
BREAKFAST
- Egg and Cheese Croissant a la Florentine
- Eggs Benedict with Iris' own Hollandaise Sauce
- Bagels, Lox and Cream Cheese
- Caribbean French Toast
- Fresh Fruit, Chilled Juices, Steaming Hot Coffee or
Tea and a selection of Freshly Baked Breads are served
with breakfast each morning.
LUNCH
- Shrimp Pizza with Fresh Tomatoes
- Seafood Salad Sandwich with Homemade Bread
- Quiche Lorraine with Green Salad
- Salad of Poached Chicken Breast, Broccoli and Tarragon
Mayonnaise
- All breads are homemade by Iris
HORS D'OEUVRES
- Scallops wrapped in Bacon
- Baked Brie with Wild Lingonberries
- Stuffed Mushroom Caps
- Iris' famous Mango Dip with Crackers
- Accompanied by a Tropical Frozen Drink of the day or
Cocktail of your choice.
DINNER
- Filet Mignon, Tossed Green Salad, Baked Potato, Corn
Roma, Cheesecake Flambe'
- Lobster, Creamed Tomato Soup, Rice Pilaf, Broccoli
Flowerettes, Baked Pears Amaretto
- Boned Roast Duck, Caesar Salad, Sweet Potatoes, Red
Cabbage, Chocolate Mousse
- Grilled Mahi Mahi, Pumpkin Soup, Garlic Mashed
Potatoes,
- Baby Carrots, Lemon Crunch Pie
- Appropriate accompaniments served with each dinner and
a good selection of wine.
After dinner cffee, tea , espresso, cappucino and various
liqueurs
