BREAKFAST

Traditional English Breakfast Wild mushroom pancakes Eggs en Cocotte Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on hot buttered muffins Bagels with smoked salmon, cream cheese and tomatoes French toast Cinnamon and raisin bagels English muffins

Your choice of the above is served each morning with fruit juices, fresh Caribbean fruit platter, cereals, yoghurt, fresh baked breads and muffins with preserves

LUNCHES

Spicy sausage ragout Mediterranean frittata Chicken and artichoke bake Salmon en Papillote with lime butter sauce Pasta salad with chicken and pesto Salami, sundried tomato and mozzarella pizza Smoked salmon, goats cheese and caviar All are served with a selection of salads, freshly baked bread and fresh fruit

AFTERNOON TEA

Home-made cakes with scones, jam and cream served with an assortment of fine teas

HORS D'OEUVRES

Accompanied by a selection of blended cocktails Chicory and cheese bites Chicken and mango kebabs Goats cheese, pimento and pine nut pizzas Savoury cheese straws Crispy potato wedges with salsa and sour cream dip Pesto palmiers Cornchips and guacamole Filo bites

STARTERS / APPETISERS

Chilled curried avocado soup Twice baked goats cheese soufflé with chives Salmon fish cakes with caper and lime sauce Stuffed Portobello mushrooms Warmed chicken liver salad Tomato mozzarella and basil salad Sweet pepper topped bruschetta

MAIN COURSES / ENTREES

Chargrilled tuna on a nicoise salad Escalope de Porc with Dijon mustard sauce Steak Creole style Chicken and ham parcels with sundried tomatoes and goats cheese Soy duck breasts with papaya salsa Oriental beef stir-fry with egg noodles Devilled Cornish game hens Pan fried Swordfish with spinach puree and caramelised shallots

VEGETARIAN DISHES

Mixed wild mushroom and parmesan risotto Pasta and aubergine gratin Roasted peppers with Oriental dressing Stir fried spring vegetables and cashew nuts Entrees are served with pasta, rice or potatoes and a selection of fresh vegetables or salads

DESSERT

Fresh fruit brulee Mascarpone and lime torte Pecan pie with Greek yoghurt Mango and pineapple pavlova Raspberry and hazelnut galette with raspberry coulis Chocolate refrigerator cake Flambé bananas Selection of Continental cheeses

Dessert is followed by fresh ground coffee or tea, liqueurs and after dinner chocolates

Lunch and Dinner are accompanied by a selection of hand chosen wines from Satori's cellar

Kate cooks to suit all palates and the above is only a small selection from her repertoire. She is delighted to accommodate any special diets or preferences. In addition to this menu Kate has also prepared a children's menu which can be served earlier in the evening so that parents may relax and enjoy their dinner.
