Your British
Captain and owner has a wealth of experience in
all aspects of sailing, both recreationally and
professionally, first sailing at the age of six.
Paul's previous business interests have included
yacht sales, design and specification, and he has
owned and operated a successful boatyard
incorporating a full lifting and comprehensive
repair service, as well as a yachting chandlery
facility. He has captained Luxury Motor and
Sailing Yachts in the Mediterranean and European
waters and is a qualified engineer with many
years experience. A lifelong passion for all
things connected with the sea and sailing mean
Satori benefits from a skipper with as much
enthusiasm as knowledge, all of which guarantees
you a safe and enjoyable holiday experience.
Kate is equally
well qualified to ensure your every need is
catered for whilst you are aboard Satori of
London. After graduating from University with a
degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management she
pursued an operational career in the hotel and
restaurant business both in the UK, Europe and
America. With this in-depth knowledge of the
industry she then lectured in both the practical
and management areas of the Hospitality Industry,
up to post graduate level at Westminster College,
London. From her schooldays Kate has provided
outside catering services and catered on Luxury
Yachts and corporate events ashore in the
Mediterranean for a number of years. Kate will
put you at ease the moment you step aboard. Her
love of cookery and entertaining is evident the
first time you sample one of her dishes, which
not only are expertly prepared but also are
beautifully presented. If you or your family have
any special likes and dislikes, Kate will happily
cater for these.
A qualified SCUBA
diver, your Captain is more than pleased to
accompany experienced divers to some of the best
dive sites around and to spend endless hours
helping you to enjoy the onboard water sport
facilities including skiing, snorkelling,
windsurfing, kayaking or even just swimming in
the crystal clear blue waters of the Caribbean.
Together your crew will ensure your holiday will
be truly a dream come true.
