Cpt Thomas Sewall &
Chef Michelle Rohu
Captain
Thomas Sewall and Michelle Rohu,
an enthusiastic and charming couple, are
dedicated to their job of making your stay
aboard SEA EAGLE II a holiday to remember.
Both were brought up in the boating industry
and bring to the table a vast amount of
experience. They have worked together as a
professional yacht crew for six years,
travelling extensively during that time.
Thomas comes from
Yorkshire, England where his father ran a
yacht brokerage firm. He holds an Irish Yacht
Association Offshore Yachtmaster Certificate,
a Royal Yacht Association Diesel Mechanic's
Certificate and is also a qualified Open
Water Diver. He has extensive cruising
experience in the Caribbean, the
Mediterranean, the United States East Coast
and the Pacific, as well as having completed
several Trans-Atlantic crossings.
Michelle comes from
County Cork, Ireland. It was in here that she
had her first sailing experiences aboard her
family's cruising and racing yachts. She,
too, has completed several Trans-Atlantic
crossings and deliveries to the Caribbean.
While her position aboard SEA EAGLE II is
primarily first mate and Chef, she also holds
a Coastal Skipper and Sea Survival
Certificate issued by the Irish Yacht
Association, as well as certification as an
open water diver. Her wide range of charter
experience has allowed her to hone her
natural talents as a chef, applying her
imagination and enthusiasm to make each meal
a special occasion.
Thomas and Michelle
are both keen travellers and avid readers.
They love the water and all the activities
associated with the outdoor life. They take
pride in the appearance of SEA EAGLE II and
work to their utmost, providing each guest
aboard with the opportunity to experience the
vacation of a lifetime.
