Salad Du Pays. Warm baby greens with sauteed country
bacon and croutons,
and topped with oeuf's mallet.

Rosemary infused rack o lamb, with a delicate fresh herb crust.
Served with tiny steamed garden vegetables. Crepe Suzette.

Soup A L Oignon.
Steak au Poivre. Served with Pommes Parisiennes and Puree de Brocolis.
Tarte Tatin.
Island Gaspacho.
local seasonal fruits and vegetables with lime infused shrimp.
Fresh Grouper fillets.
The catch of the day. Basted lightly with a citrus glaze and
grilled to your liking.
Accompanied by fresh salad greens.

following dinner coffee will be served with a selection of Cheeses and
