
Captain RUSSELL
WESTERLIND, has 20 years experience in
the Marine Trade and 16 years experience in
yachting. He holds a USCG 500 Ton Master of
Ocean License and FCC Radio Operators
license. He holds a PADI Open Water Dive
certificate and was previously aboard the
yachts PERFECT PRESCRIPTION, JIB VI, THREE
HEARTS, MERCEDES, & THREE SONS.
Chef MARCI BOLAND,
Graduated from the Art Institute of Ft.
Lauderdale, Culinary Arts Division with a
certificate in Classic French Cuisine and
American Regional Cuisine. She has a BA in
Communication Arts, Public Administration
from Marist College. She was previously
aboard the yachts CAMPBELL BAY, BELLISSIMA,
SILVER SHALIS, THE OTHER WOMAN & ENTICER.
She was Restaurant/Catering manager for
"Fluties, Pier 17" and "Winter
Garden Cafe" in New York City. She was
also Personnel Manager for "The
Penninsula Hotel" and "Cunard
Line".
She has catered for
the feature film "Me and Veronica",
Broadway opening gala "A Small Family
Business", International VISA
Commercial, US Open Special Events for CBS
and over 300 successful Yacht Charters.
