Captain: KC
was raised in St. Croix, one of the U.S.
Virgin Islands, where the ocean and boating
are a way of life. His extensive knowledge
and past employment in snorkeling, fishing
and diving excursions is a valuable asset
with charter guests whose experience range
from novice to advanced. Having worked his
way through the ranks in the yachting
industry, KC is a team member doing what ever
is necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
His travel has included the Great Lakes, East
and West Coasts of the United States and of
course his local knowledge of the Caribbean
makes him a great person to point out that
perfect swimming spot or to find just the
right beach for a picnic.
Nicole Caulfield
Chef: Nicole was born and raised in St. Croix
where boating and ocean activities were a
part of life from a very early age. While
Nicole has a degree in Journalism and
Communications, she has experience in
facilitating charter operations from intimate
parties to groups of 500. In addition to her
charter and administrative experience, her
culinary training was at "North 44"
the restaurant of the year in Toronto,
Canada.
Her knowledge and experience ensure
tantalizing culinary creations to satisfy all
palettes. Her culinary delights paired with
her team attitude adds to your guarantee of a
special charter experience whether it
includes an intimate picnic or a five course
dinner.
