
Captain BILL
HUSTON
As a native Floridian, Captain Bill Huston
has been cruising the waters of Florida and
the Bahamas from the time he could walk. So,
it was only natural that as he got older, he
decided on a career as a charter captain.
In the past 25 years
Bill has captained both motor yachts sport
fishing vessels and has traveled and fished
all over the world. Although the Florida Keys
and the Bahamas are some of his favorite
cruising and fishing grounds, he has also
spent time cruising the Caribbean, Mexico and
Costa Rica.
He is very adept and
experienced at all types of saltwater fishing
including big game, bone fishing, bottom
fishing and more. He is very familiar with
the best cruising grounds in Florida and the
Bahamas and loves sharing his knowledge and
his enthusiasm with his guests.
Captain Bill's laid
back and pleasant personality make him well
suited for the charter industry and he feels
most at home when he is aboard BRANCH OFFICE
with guests enjoying the ocean.
Chef/Mate FRAN
HOLLYWOOD
Upon completing education in a national
travel institute, Fran traveled extensively
to Montreal, New York and even such far away
places as Hong Kong, Cuba, Indonesia and
Central America. Her many travels afforded
Fran the opportunity to become familiar with
many cultural tastes and incorporate these
into her already present love of cooking.
A Career as a
chef/mate provided Fran the perfect
opportunity to combine her love of travel,
meeting new people and creating delicious
menus. After cruising the Great Lakes, Fran
opted for a more tropical climate and began
cruising around Florida and the Bahamas.
Experienced aboard
both power and sail boats, Fran brings great
enthusiasm to her work and a very friendly
and caring attitude towards her guests. She
enjoys showing her guests how to snorkel or
sharing her knowledge of the local culture.
When not cruising,
Fran likes to spend her time learning new
languages and dabbling in fashion design.
These hobbies are evidenced in the artistic
and cultural flair she applies to all of her
menus.
