CAPTAIN
Louis Codere has recently taken over the
helm of this beautifully refit 80' catamaran.
Louis hails from Canada, holds a 200- ton
USCG license and has logged o ver 25, 000
nautical miles In the waters of the
Caribbean, Mediterranean and the Aegean Seas,
the Atlantic & Pacific Oceans and the
Great Lakes. Louis looks forward to taking
BLUE MOON to the Caribbean this season and
then tracing his steps back across the
Atlantic for the summer season in the
Mediterranean.
Louis
spent all of his life around the sea and is a
natural at all water sports. He holds a PADI
Rescue diver license and has plans for diving
programs aboard BLUE MOON. His excellent
seamanship, pleasant manner and commitment to
helping people have fun are the perfect
components for BLUEMOON.
Your
chef aboard BLUE MOON is Jean Francois
Rambroul He prefers to be called Jeff.
Jeff joins BLUE MOON after a busy season on
LA REVERENDE, Swan 68. He grew up in France,
where at a young age began studying culinary
arts. Jeff has held chef positions in two 1
star Michelin restaurants in both France and
England Prior to LA REVERENDE Jeff cooked on
LADY STEPHANIE and BONA VISTA.
Although
classically French trained, Jeff likes to put
an international spin on many of his
preparations. Many of his charter guests
report that his cooking is the finest they
have ever had, anywhere. He was so popular
this post summer that he was invited to the
charter guest 's home to give cooking
lessons. From his Roasted Lobster with Potato
Garlic Puree to his Fruits in Papillote with
Chocolate and Rum, there are many ways Jeff
will delight his guests aboard BLUE MOON
BLUE
MOON will operate with a crew of four. Steve
