Homemade Pancakes topped with crispy Bacon and Bananas sauted lightly in Rum and Cinnamon.
Oven Baked Grand Marnier French Toasts with Pineapple & Caramelized-encrusted brown sugar topping.
Warm French Croissants served with Honey Roasted Ham, Creamed Spinach & Shaved Yarlsberg.

Lunches

Swiss Cheese & Wine Fondue served with Sausages, Shrimp, New York Strip-loin and Apple Wedges.
Caribbean Jerk Lobster & Shrimp Caesar Salad • taste the blend of spices our Caribbean is known for!
Smoked Oyster, Mushroom & Valdallia Onion Pasta served with Vinaigrette Artichokes, Asparagus Spears & Sun-Dried Tomato infused Feta chunks over Romaine Hearts.

Roasted Crab Bake •Fresh Crab, Cream Cheese, White Wine and Delicate Spices with Assorted Crackers.
Spicy Thai Cucumber & Mint Salad with Steamed Lobster and Topped with Roasted Peanuts.

BBQÕd sides of Salmon Fillets infused with Sushi•Style Slithers of Fresh Ginger, Soy & Lime and served with a Turnip, Plantain & Potato Coulis & Haricots Vert in Walnut Butter.
Zululand Flavors: Tangy Chicken breasts oven-baked with Apricots and White Onions over Basmati Rice & Hoisin Caramelized Root Vegetables.
Succulent Pork Tenderloin Baked in a Port Wine & Peppercorn Sauce, served with Truffle-Creamed Mashed Potatoes & Black Sesame Snap Peas.
