Karl Prosser & Chef Kathy Corbett
Karl Prosser
and Kathy Corbett call their 48 ft. catamaran
Psipsina home and they invite you to share it
with them while cruising the beautiful waters of
the British Virgin Islands. Their welcome is warm
and inviting. Join them for a holiday of fun and
sun... just doing whatever comes naturally.
Karl, native
from Boston, and a US Coast Guard certified
Captain, has been sailing in the Caribbean form
Venezuela to the Virgin Islands. Also a qualified
shipwright, Karl's experience includes sailing
square rigged ships, research vessels, tug boats,
and both private and charter yachts. He is able
to offer everything from instruction for
beginners to exchanging yarns with old
salts.
Kathy's love of
the sea comes from a strong seafaring background.
She hails from both the northeast of England and
the west coast of Africa, where she helped her
father build small wooded boats on their
verandah. She has sailed extensively in Belfast
Lough and the Solent on the south coast of
England. her love of international cuisine comes
from having lived in various countries around the
world. Kathy enjoys creating diversified dinners
to suit the taste of her guests.
